At the International Institute of Management & Human Resource Development (IIMHRD), we have established the Equal Opportunity Cell to continually address the needs and concerns of staff and students from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Caste, minorities, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Our primary goal is to empower these individuals, enabling them to fully engage in the academic, intellectual, social, and cultural life of the College on an equal basis.
Aims & Objectives:
- Promote Diversity: Foster an inclusive environment on campus, providing disadvantaged groups with ample opportunities to thrive.
- Barrier-Free Access: Ensure unobstructed access to all College buildings, Departments, Libraries, Hostels, and offices.
- Counseling Support: Offer psychological support and cater to the specific needs of PWDs across all categories, including Visual, Hearing, Orthopedic, Neurological, etc.
- Assistance for SC/ST, OBC, and Minority Groups: Explore all avenues to assist and uplift these groups, ensuring their success within the institution.
- Non-Discrimination Policy: Uphold a commitment to a discrimination-free environment, regardless of disability or minority status.
